History
In 1985, Cheryl Chandler and Caroline Kurilec opened CBSI to handle calls for a few businesses in the Metro Atlanta area. Their dreams were much more ambitious, though, and since that time, CBSI has grown dramatically. In 1995, Cheryl and Caroline acquired land in East Cobb County and built their own 10,000 square foot office building near the intersection of Sandy Plains and Shallowford Road. Their answering service business needed room to expand, they wanted to upgrade technology, and they also recognized that there was a shortage of office space in the area. To accommodate this need, their new building included 32 full service office suites.
Today, CBSI's answering business is booming, and their Exectutive Suites are serving the business needs of many area businesses. In spite of ongoing growth and increased demands on their time, Cheryl and Caroline remain true to their original commitment… to provide the best service available… at competitive rates.
